The DEMAND Team

Good morning team. As shared earlier the OAN (Oracle Alumni Network) is coming together to help their Oracle Colleagues. If you are an Oracle Partner or Customer who is looking for Oracle professionals, please fill this form or reach out to Shrinivas Kuber Balaji Rangachari Upendran Rao Aritra Bandyopadhyay Enakshi jha or me with your requirements and we will try our best to match the supply with your requirements.

I would encourage and request the companies to be bit lenient with their evaluation and give these folks a chance. In today's AI World any tech skill can be learnt. We are also forming a separate Training & Support team who will train, guide and mentor these folks. I will personally be also sharing my experiences and can guide these folks. Please DO TAKE A BET on them just like someone would have taken on you.

Lets support the Oracle Ecosystem. I am available to offer any of my expertise that can help you so you are free to reach out to me. The link to fill the demand side is https://tinyurl.com/OANDemand

You are a team which cuts across product lines, across functions from A&C, from product development to ...

So these are the broad verticals we have thought of. HUMANS : This is the core and heart of OAN which is its people, we are calling it Humans and will maintain the skills, expertise, experience, network etc of the Oracle Ex-Employees. They a...
